Westwood Plaza was developed in 2008 by Meridian Capital Group, a privately held real estate firm with deep roots in Central Texas. What began as a single-building vision has grown into one of North Austin's most sought-after professional addresses.

James co-founded Meridian Capital Group in 2001 after a decade in commercial development with national firms. He oversees portfolio strategy and major tenant relationships.
